Jane and the lco ran the Ty Hafen trust 5k race along the Barri docklands today. It was lco's first proper race and she was hoping for a a time of 35 minutes..jpg)
She was a bit worried about the heat and thought that it might slow her down. What she didn't know was, that there was a huuuuge hill in the middle. They crossed the line in 30.30 They may well have cracked the 30 minutes if it had been flat. Whooooo !!!

Thank you! I didn't like the hill - it was too steep and it went on for too long! Jane let me over the line in front of her though! ;)
That's a lolvely kind Sister you have!!
