A classic Sunday Riders Sunday ride around the downs. JD came for a ride today and was going well after her Xmas training in Santa Cruz. I'm still desperately trying to sit and maintain a high cadence. It's very painful but my legs are starting to adjust.

A fine steady ride, although I had to put a bit of effort into a couple of the climbs to assuage any guilt when eating JDs splendid xmas cupcakes:)
I only tuned in to see a photo of the cup cakes! Whaere are they?
Too late! Not even a telephoto lens could discern any remains of the cupcakes now;)
