Juanita takes 1st female and 3rd overall in the 3 peaks platinum course; ramon is 4th.

This is all thanks to the training walks I took Jane and Raymond on! I will also take the Maam on some walks in the Easter training camp in Ibiza. We haven't decided what event to enter her for yet - perhaps the Cala Llonga triathlon?
I would like to take this opportunity to thank coach lco for her hard but fair 'tough love' training methods......'I don't care if you hate me as long as you're on that podium'
Oooh, I ache all over! It was a lucky 3rd - we overtook a man in the last km who was unsure of the way through the back streets of Abergavenny. We spotted him asking directions and quickly ran around the corner before he could see and follow us! Then, some teenagers saw us running through the car park, as Raymond told them we'd just finished 30km I sprinted for the line!! Hurrah for a devious mind:-)
